Hearing Deacon Alex Jones is worth the time all by itself. Add in Bishop Carlson and that’s a great conference. I might have to go.

Thomasf, et al,

I heard Deacon Jones at last year’s Detroit Archdiocese Men’s Conference. Wow, blown away. Also, our Bishop Carlson, was a keynote speaker at the conference. Again, what an impact he made with his words.

Yes, just the Bishop’s Homily at the Saginaw Men’s Conference will inspire you. I encourge you to take a look at the website. It is going to be a great day, very appropriate to spiritual renewal for Lent.

Please consider attending…and don’t come alone. I’m sure there are friends, cousins, uncles, brothers, and sons that would enjoy as much as you.

I read Alex Jones’ book. It was a great insight on why he became catholic, and a great too for protestants to seek the truth of the church. I heard him on Al Kresta last summer in an interview, it was fascinating. He’s a great speaker.
