This is a timely message particularly since this is the Easter season. There is a time for mourning and there is a time for rejoicing. The Lord has risen. Let us rejoice and be glad!

I’ve never understood the dourness of some very devout Catholics. It seems to run counter to what we are asked to do: Proclaim the Good News!

Delivering Good News with a sad face would tend to make one doubt the message.
