I love how Audrey called Jack to see if he “still loved her” while he was involved in a top secret mission to quite possibly save entire universe and beyond. :rolleyes: (quote)

Everyone in my house (yep, we’re all hooked) agreed that it was silly for Audrey to call Jack to ask if he still loves her, For goodness sakes – the fate of the free world is at risk!

We also paused the tv (digital recorders are wonderful) to see if we could figure out who the dark-haired person is. We thought it might be Berus(sp?) since he disappeared too quietly last year, but I think the hands look like those of a woman.
 
Ohhhh, you people are so hard on Audrey. Gotta tell you - I’d probably do the same thing.

For goodness sake, don’t you romantics at heart know the world stops when you find your true love is alive again? 😃

Besides, she is a woman who just found out Jack still loves her - added with a twist of jealousy towards Diane. Audrey was simply cutting to the chase with her emotions. Chop chop!

Excellent guess MJE!! I was thinking it was Tony–same dark curly hair, because OF COURSE he is not really seriously injured!!😃

I’m sort of new to 24…but could the person seen last week in previews be a woman from the past? My husband and I both enjoy 24… I’m looking forward to tonights show.
 
I think we can assume the mysterious woman will not be Nina. Or Sherry Palmer.

Other than that, who knows. That’s the beauty of 24.

Oh man…what a disappointment!!! Here, I was waiting for some long lost “24” star to return, and it was a 15 y.o. sex slave!!

That drugged out sister of Lynn’s??? I could’ve done without her…but maybe he’ll be out of the picture?

I loved it when Edgar had that grin on his face, after Chloe told him to “shut up, Edgar”. Classic.

And how come Jack had to go with Division puke and make a deal?
Thought the Prez gave him authority.

Still enjoyed it - don’t get me wrong. My entertainment level is stuck on cabin fever!
 
Yea, the gun came from where? Silly girl, just didn’t realize her life, heck the whole world, is safe w/ Jack.
 
I thought the mystery person would be Jack’s daughter’s boyfriend (I forget the names). He quit working for CTU, so maybe he had an axe to grind. I also thought it would be Jack’s girlfriend’s husband (the Brit from last season who “died” saving Jack). He would also have an axe to grind -and didn’t Jack initially suspect him of wrong doing? BOY was I annoyed when the 15 year old sex slave appeared. I thought maybe she would be the daughter of Russia’s president - anything would have been better! It was an excellent episode as usual though!

My first thought about the gun…Jack slipped it to her. Just in case. She wasn’t supposed to kill him right away, but only use it in case things didn’t work out and she needed protection. Maybe that’s a little farfetched?
 
Why did he(the guy shot dead)insist the girl go with him? Not for the obvious reason. Is she really just 15? I think there is more to her then a “victim”. (I can’t remember their names. )
 
Hmmm, sounds like I missed a lot this week. Decided I “had” to watch the two-hour Bachelor special instead. 😃

Anyway, one part sort of made me laugh. Remember when Jack saved that little girl? The background music was all angelic sounding------then, as he ran off to catch the bad guys, the music changed back to the loud “24” action/adventure stuff.
I think that Walt Cummings’ “suicide” was coerced. What do you all think?
