ST. PAUL-MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, March 10, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Archbishop Harry Flynn, of the archdiocese of St. Paul-Minneapolis, was recently accused of scandal for his opposition to same-sex ‘marriage’. The accusation came from among his own priests.

In a petition sent to the archbishop last month, 27 priests of the archdiocese said they believed his “aggressive and widespread endeavour in favour of the amendment [against gay “marriage”] is a scandal.”

The names mentioned in the story sound all too familiar. No surprises here.

I would be interested in seeing the names of the other priests who signed it.

Sounds like a good start in identifying those priests who need to be weeded out! Laicize them and pray for them. They don’t belong in the priesthood. Sounds very much like they slipped through the seminary when, in fact, they should have never been allowed to attend.

The problem is, good priests like Fr. Altier are the only ones that listen to penal actions.

These heterodox priests would just stick any similar letter into the trash and happily ignore it.

its that simple. If they fail to leave then get a restraining order for them not to be allowed on church premises. They can take the parishioners who agree with along. Start their own church. NOW is the time to stop this.
