Yes, God will know what to do. However, please read between the lines, here. I don’t know that any homosexual couples will make it through the entire criteria, at least I hope not. They don’t want to lose their license to help people who seek to do what God desires.Those persons that made the decision to allow their Catholic Agency to go against Catholic teaching and to place innocent children with SS persons will have to answer to God as to why they are placing Gods children in disordered homes against the Magesterium.
The chief executive of the adoption agency did make a comment that any gay couples who were just testing out the process wouldn’t get very far. But I’m guessing that any gay couples who got turned away would be closely scrutinized by the press. I don’t think there will be much room for saying “yes” to gay adoption, but having an unofficial policy of bogging them down somewhere in the process.However, please read between the lines, here.
