29yr old in Grave Condition following accident

A colleague of mine was in an accident last night and sustained traumatic head injuries. His condition is grave. Please pray for him to somehow survive and have a complete recovery. Or that if he should not make it, that God will have mercy on his soul. Please also pray for his wife and their baby as well as the rest of his family during this difficult time. Thanks so much.

Lord hear our prayers for the young man in the accident and for his family.

O ever Immaculate Virgin, Mother of mercy, health of the sick, refuge of sinners, comfort of the afflicted, you know my wants, my troubles, my sufferings, deign to cast upon me a look of mercy. By appearing in the Grotto of Lourdes you were pleased to make it a privileged sanctuary, whence you dispense your favors; and already many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal. I come, therefore, with the most unbounded confidence to implore your maternal intercession. Obtain, O loving Mother, the granting of my requests.
