On Saturday in the Vatican, the World Federation of Scientists honored four Nobel Prize laureates who have distinguished themselves for promoting science at the service of peace.

As one quote in the article states, “secret laboratories” are the problem. In reality, fear is the problem followed by globalization. There will always be an arms race as each nation seeks some advantage to defend against its enemies or to attack them.
