I purposely watch every network when they have the march and it’s either not covered or misreported, e.g. it’s a 20 second segment at the bottom of the hour, they have a small angle lens that makes the crowd seem tiny, they show mainly old people (if they can find them) to make it seem dated, they focus on the 30 or so counter-marchers, etc. Usually it’s just not covered. The NY Times didn’t mention it at all last year. Imagine the coverage if a few hundred thousand confiscate guns supporters marched on DC?? You’d see nothing else on the news for a month.

Like the Tea Party, the Pro-Life march is focusing on the wrong target imo. The epicenter of the Culture of Death is the media. Congress, and Obama are pigmies compared to them. The media wags the dog and makes them possible. The March should walk through DC and park itself peacefully in front of every network demanding they report the Truth on the issue.

Who needs the 24/7 MSM…we have the internet. A few thousand of your closest friends tweeting, blogging, facebooking, pinning, etc and you’ll have more coverage than any media outlet could accomplish.

We should never, ever give up praying for our President and other pro-choice people in positions of power in government. They CAN change their minds, and please God, they WILL change their minds.

There have been amazing stories of abortionists and others who were solidly pro-choice, and then, for various reasons, did a complete turn-around and are now pro-life. And their change of heart is not faked to “get something”. In this day and age, being pro-life doesn’t help anyone professionally, politically, or socially. Just the opposite: it can hurt someone’s career or social life to be pro-life.

‘pre washed jeans’ have been washed already

Thus a ‘pre born’ baby would be one that has already been born. I don’t think that is what you are trying to describe.

What media do you watch? I’ve seen coverage of the March every year since forever - not heavy coverage admittedly, but coverage all the same.

Considering the March for Life West Coast (Approx 40,000) numbers of attendance and the Occupy Wallstreet numbers of attendance -what a 1000? The Media coverage was incredibly imbalanced in favor of a non pro - life event.

Re watching the video, it is Obama’s words overlaid with the pro life video message. It is a strong message, though Obama’s record has been far short of ‘pro-life’. His speech was appealing to the emotions after the Sandy Hook shooting. However, his message is rather clear regarding the unborn and abortion, He is quite in favor of partial birth abortion. Make absolutely NO MISTAKE on that issue regardless of the juxtaposition of his words layered on powerful images and music for a pro-life video. To infer that Obama is pro life from this video ignores the record.

For number 1, note that the examples are adjectival in nature, Historic is an adjective, likewise, so is prehistoric. But even in the examples given, prehistoric, Precambrian, they refer to a state or event that has already been done.

Look at the examples I gave. Can you honestly claim that 'pre-washed jeans" are not yet washed?

I was saying what he said was quite good and showed a good respect for life (in general), but he is anything but anti-abortion unfortunately.
