My mother-in-law fell last night and the doctors are doing surgery tonight … they are going to try to repair the break with a pin but if not she will need a total hip replacement … she has a medical condition where her blood pressure goes high and then very low … so we are concerned about the surgery.

Any prayers you could offer would be most appreciated … her name is Harriette.

Prayers for Harriette. Praying that they will be able to repair the break with a pin, and not need further surgery.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments, we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is love and Mercy itself.
Amen.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Thank you @Irishmom2 and @aroosi … she is on morphine waiting for the surgery … she has a long road ahead of her to rehabilitate after the surgery.

Lord, watch over Harriette during her surgery and grant her complete healing.

Our Father,
Who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Prayer Before Surgery:

Loving Father, we entrust Harriette to your care this day; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in your Name, and grant that every cause of illness and pain be removed, that she may be restored to soundness of health and protected by you.
Through Jesus Christ.

Amen.✝️

Into your hands, we commend body and soul.
We thank you in advance for answering our prayers.
Amen.🙏

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal ( Harriette). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Harriette’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Thank you everyone for your prayers … she didn’t need a total hip replacement. She is having a problem though … because of her blood pressure problems they don’t want to give her pain medicine and she is in a lot of pain.

Thanks be to God for that bit of good news! May God relieve her pain soon and give her some rest.

They put a rod in to bring the bones together … thank you for your prayers.
