It had nice pictures, and the music was very relaxing. 🙂 The general message was pretty good, although it was riddled with Gnosticism, pantheism, and other mushy new-agey phrases.

If you like the general message, but you want to understand the profound, transforming power of Love united with Divine truth, I higly recommend reading the great Carmelite saints–St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, and St.Therese of Lisieux–I think their spitituality would be right up your alley 🙂

(I would also add St. Bernard of Clairvaux, St. Francis de Sales, St. Alphonsus Liguori, and the great Dominican St. Catherine of Siena).
