It had nice pictures, and the music was very relaxing. The general message was pretty good, although it was riddled with Gnosticism, pantheism, and other mushy new-agey phrases.

If you like the general message, but you want to understand the profound, transforming power of Love united with Divine truth, I higly recommend reading the great Carmelite saints–St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, and St.Therese of Lisieux–I think their spitituality would be right up your alley

(I would also add St. Bernard of Clairvaux, St. Francis de Sales, St. Alphonsus Liguori, and the great Dominican St. Catherine of Siena).
