A friend with an aggressive breast cancer

I just found out a friend I used to work with has an aggressive form of breast cancer:(. She and her family just found out about 3 weeks ago and just starting to calm down a bit from the shock, they’ve been praying for peace and it seems they’re starting to feel it, God is good.

They are very devout, not sure what denomination they are, but they are putting it in God’s hands which is wonderful. Please keep her in your prayers her name is Monica, her husband is Sol and their 1 year old baby is Kai. Thanks everyone.
 
Dear Apostle of Emilia and member of the Order of Mary, you spread the Good News by your word and by your life witnessed to its truth. In union with Jesus crucified, you endured excruciating sufferings so patiently as to be healed miraculously of cancer. If it is agreeable to God, obtain relief and cure for Monica and keep us all from the dread of cancer.
 
Keeping Monica and Sol and their little baby in prayer …and may The Lord confirm them in His Peace and always - and if it be His Will restore Monica to good health…

Most Gracious and loving God, you created Monica, Sol and Kai out of your unfathomable love for them. As Monica and Sol have become one flesh, mercifully grant healing and increasing faith and love to them in their time of trial. In your immense love of them, hear our prayers of petition that they be preserved as you have ordained them. You blessed them with the heavenly gift of their beautiful child, Kai. In your mercy, grant that the love they have for You, and the love they share draw them ever closer to You in faith and trust, as you are the Trustworthy One. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.
