A modern pope gets old school on the Devil

I keep thinking of a quote from The Exorcism of Emily Rose: "People say that God is dead, but how can they think that if I show them the devil?
 
I love Pope Francis and his emphasis on the devil. It is needed in these times. Despite the fact that so many seem not to believe, Satan and the demons are very real and yes, the Occult is spreading like wildfire. More exorcists are definitely needed in this modern world and so I am glad that more exorcists are being appointed.

That said, I regrettably do have past involvement in the Occult. I have repented and no longer do anything of the sort though. Thanks be to God, I have never been possessed by Satan or any other demons. Nevertheless, I mention this because I know how dangerous the Occult is and I have experience with the dangers of the Occult. I won’t go into detail about it but I will say that I do usually know when Satan or the demons are tempting me or trying to bug me. Thanks be to God that He is always faithful and He always helps me. My Guardian Angel, Saint Michael the Archangel, and many the saints also help me too. Of course receiving the Sacraments and using sacramentals such as the Rosary also helps. I am very grateful for all of these helps which God has so graciously given us.
