A serious case of scrupulosity

Please pray that I overcome this scrupulosity problem. Sometimes it’s so bad I wonder if it’s an attack from the devil. I am tempted to despair of forgivness. Please pray
 
Prayer for Scrupulosity

Heavenly Father, please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like a turbulent sea. I can’t seem to find my balance so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you’ve laid out for me. I trust your Love God, and know that you will heal this scrupulousity. Just as the sun rises each day against the dark of night. Please bring me clarity with the light of God.

In your name I pray, Amen.
 
Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need.
 
Dear Jesus, please help us to overcome our inclination to see so many of our actions in as dark and negative a light as we often do. Give us the Light of the Holy Spirit, so that we can learn to properly discern our behavior. Look away, O Lord, from any aspect of our behavior that betrays a lack of trust, and give us the desire to empty ourselves with complete abandonment to Your will. And most of all, sweet Jesus, please give us an awareness of Your infinite love for us, and grant that we might see You as being love itself, inflaming our hearts with love for You along the way. Amen.
