Cardinal Marc Ouellet is getting noticed even more in Catholic media.

From Gloria.TV:
Bishops “need spiritual discernment and not just political calculation of the risk of the possibility of the message being received,” said Cardinal Marc Ouellet, the newly-appointed prefect of the Vatican’s Congregation for Bishops. “We have to dare to speak to the deep heart, where the Spirit of the Lord is touching people beyond what we can calculate,” said Ouellet in an interview with Canadian Catholic News.

Not that I am casting doubt on what you say (I actually think you are correct), but it is impossible to use your links without registering with those websites. And my understanding is that the links you provided are primarily video sites, rather than written articles. Would you happen to have links to written articles which support your comment, and which don’t require registration?

As far as Gloria.TV goes I was able to put their entire report in my OP in text format, so there is no need to go there for this story. The rest of the news contains unrelated stories so there’s no NEED to go there.
