The Reginator - That is a beautiful and immediate way of entrusting the danger to Our
Lord, Reg Thank you for suggesting that. I was just given the Story of A Soul, St. Therese of Liseux , a beautiful book which I am going to start this long Memorial Day weekend. Her “Little Way” made her such a great saint for such a young woman. When
I come here to converse with all of you, it is the “little” things you all say and do that made and continue to make such a difference in my life. Since this big change in my world, I find myself smiling at people in a grocery store that seem flustered. Not surprisingly, they smile back. A couple days ago, I had a coupon for a product paid in
full. I looked up and saw a senior lady. Seemed to have difficulty getting around. I said,
“ma’am do you eat ice cream?” I showed her the coupon and she was surpised. She
said, “do you think they carry the brand in sugar free”? I knew they did. I came back with the flavor she wanted, and put it in her cart. She looked at me and said: “I will really enjoy that!” I told her to please do and have a good day. That absolutely was a
moment of grace I could have missed. I had not planned that, but I knew the spontaneity of it all was prompted by the Lord. He presented an opportunity that I easily could have
overlooked. Brought true joy to the both of us that day. I have been the recipient of
similar feelings from all of you. A kindness that made my day brighter; a short prayer
that turned my day around!

thankyou for your generous message to us all.You are an inspiration to us all.
How generous you were to that lady in the shop…you gave her something very special, not just that lovely treat of ice cream 🙂 but also of your kind generous heart.She has seen the Lord’s love in you.
You have had to deal with the most life changing and emotionally painful time in your life and you have never faltered in your faith.
We all can learn from you xo

77anthony77: God bless your kind heart. I have scoured the local websites looking
for housing. I have decided I will probably move closer to my church! There seems to be
more opportunity there than in my own town, and. I have more satisfaction volunteering where I received so much support this year. It’s comforting, just like coming here. Thank you for staying in touch so faithfully.

O Mary, conceived without original sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

Divorce, loneliness and hardship often come hand in hand, you are in my prayers.

Heavenly Father, our true Provider, in all our daily needs, protect and guide your children. Spare them from fire and flood, from thieves, fear and evil in any form. If sickness or accident befalls them, send a messenger of love to attend them. When they are feeling low, lift up their hearts. for those that live alone dear Lord, yet because they know your presence is ever near, let them have no fear. Amen.

Lord Jesus, please fill my heart with Your divine peace.
For my spirit is worried and anxious,
and my mind races and obsesses in fear.
I cannot help dwelling on my problems,
and the more I think about them,
the more despondent I become.
I feel like I’m falling into a dark abyss,
from which there is no return.
Calm me, Lord.
Steady me, and fill my heart with Your divine grace.

Lord, no matter what problems I have,
You are greater,
You are more powerful.
So I bring my sorrow to You.
Though I know my own will,
I do not know Your will Lord,
nor do I know how You will use this despair for my salvation.
I am ignorant of what good You will bring forth from this burden.
But Lord Jesus, I trust in You.

LB in Texas - what a beautiful, beautiful appropriate prayer! How can I go wrong when
all of you show me the way? The people who pray here are like guideposts for a blind
person. They all link arms and support the depressed , lonely and confused. God’s time is not MY time. That is what I tell myself when I am impatient and want my life’s
hiccups fixed–right away.

I have been thinking about all the grace and blesssings inside the Forums. You can find
direction and solace here. You can find friendeship and comfort all around you, like a warm blanket. Thank you for being here. You are part of the patchwork of the quilt. So pretty, so full of colors.

Oh, my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven,
especially those in most need of your mercy.

Hi Kaylynn ! I went to mass today the first place I went to is Saint Anthony’s altar. I had to thank Saint Anthony for helping me today as it was wedding anniversary(husband has been dead for many years). Anyway said rosary for your intention before mass started.

dear CAF friends. I have talked to my husband more this week than the whole of last
year, and that’s a fact! He seems happy to work with me, now that he is a free man. Very odd behavior. Good thing I am a single lady again. Keep those prayers to St.

tb crawford: I have a lead on a potential house for me that I am enthused about. Not
too much house for a woman and her dog. A model is available, but an existing home
shown by owner is also available at a great price Have to curb my enthusiasm until I have
someone take a look and get another opinion with me, but I feel there is no rush. There are homes (not lavish) for Gideon and I. Must exercise a little patience and trust in the
Lord.

77stanthony77 - I have been resting and my dog hates it when I don’t give him attention.
I think last week in the hubbub of the courthouse I caught some wayward virus looking for a home. I have not had a cough like this since I was a little girl. Grandma called it
“croup”. Could be all the demons I have been sitting on this past year finally jumped out of the box! It is a small price to pay for the worst may be over. I know St. Anthony can find me a suitable place before the deadline. I believe I have to make this change because Our Lord wants me to attempt a fresh start. Thank you for being such a wonderful believer and supporter of mine, and the many, many people on CAF threads that you so diligently pray for. Peace and love,
