Dear St. Joseph. I adopted you as my patron after my conversion. I humbly ask that you intercede on behalf of our dear sister Kaylynn:

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. ***
*** Amen.

Be mindful of us, O blessed Joseph, and intercede for us with thy foster-Son by the pleading of thy prayer: do thou, in like manner, render the blessed Virgin Mary thy Spouse gracious unto us, for she is the Mother of Him, who with the Father and the Holy Ghost liveth and reigneth world without end.
Amen

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. ***
*** Amen.

The Reginator - St. Joseph is the most humble of the humble. I will carry your prayers
and the face of your patron into the courtroom with me tomorrow morning! Whatever is
decided I place my fate into the hands of the Father. My estranged spouse has already
made some requests for furniture which I am granting. I want to be agreeable because
being rigid will not advance my case. This is the very first time in over nine months that
we have made “any” decision together. It is a small start, but encouraging nonetheless.
I value your prayers and I definitely remembered every single one of you in the liturgy for
yesterday’s funeral. You have all made such a difference in my life, dear CAF prayer members. I acknowledge every single one of you as important players in my spiritual life.

77stanthony77: I send warm regards, and thanks for thinking of me. A lady who is very
active in my parish called to wish me well and tell me she is praying today. Who could
ask for more? Whatever the judge decides will be my “new” normal, and I accept that.
God bless. I will keep you updated.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

St Michael please intercede for Kaylynn and be with her through the proceedings May 23rd Amen

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Divine Power of God,
cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.

Novena to Saint Rita of Cascia

O holy protectress of those who art in greatest need, thou, who shineth as a star of hope in the midst of darkness, blessed Saint Rita, bright mirror of God’s grace, in patience and fortitude, thou art a model of all the states in life. I unite my will with the will of God, through the merits of my Savior Jesus Christ, and in particular through His patient wearing of the Crown of Thorns, which with tender devotion thou didst daily contemplate. Through the merits of the holy Virgin Mary and thine own graces and virtues, I ask thee to obtain my earnest petition, provided it be for the greater glory of God and my own sanctification:

[For Kaylynn and the hearing on May 23rd.]

Guide and purify my intention, O holy protectress and advocate, so that I may obtain the pardon of all my sins and the grace to persevere daily, as thou didst in walking with courage, generosity, and fidelity down the path of life.

Saint Rita, Advocate of the Impossible, pray for us!
Saint Rita, Advocate of the Helpless, pray for us!

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

tbcrawford - many thanks for summoning the help of the Archangel and your patron, St.
Rita. I envision many of the saints standing by watching my proceedings tomorrow! Of
course, I’ll be thinking of all you folks on my thread. All you have really overwhelmed me with your care and concern-- I am feeling so confident. I e-mailed my lawyer (who is
not Catholic) and told him our cause is being lifted up. Even he was so gratified about
this, I don’t think he is used to being prayed for in his court cases so I think it gave him
pause. Well, there is a first time for everything. Know how grateful I am, hon…always.

Dear Go for Goal and Needs Mercy: So very comforting to see your thoughts and prayers
first thing this morning. I am starting to feel some “butterflies” in the pit of my stomach

I have read and re-read Sister Faustina’s diaries and prayed the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
So I know Sister is busy interceding for me. I have my own special devotion to the
Archangels: Raphael, Michael and Gabriel, and it is comforting to me to picture them linking arms and forming a huge circle around me. Strangely enough my dog, Gideon, has also been of such comfort to me. I sometimes hug him tightly so that he leaves out a huge sigh!

I pray we have come to a conclusion by lunchtime this Thursday. All I want is some clue to where I might be going with my dog. My estranged husband is also wanting our home because he lives in a furnished apartment I understand. I do not know where. I know I must learn to work with less. I pray for acceptance and patience to do
God’s will.

My love and regards to all members herein!

kaylynn7800
Thank you very much for the kind comment/reply that is so thoughtful of you.

Your dog, Gideon has been a real trooper being with you when you need him most.

Our Lady of Pontmain, St. Joseph, Servant of God, Dorothy Day, Blessed Petro ToRot, Blessed Pope John Paul II, St. Fabiola, St. Helena, St. Rita of Cascia, St. Jude, St. Maria Faustyna Kowalska, St. Gabriel the Archangel, St. Raphael the Archangel, St. Michael the Archangel, and the Guardian Angel of Kaylynn please Pray and intercede for our good friend and sister in Christ Kaylynn

go for goal - The Reginator - miz - tradcathconvert: I want to mention you all by name!
Through the mercy of God and your generosity, you have risen to the occasion and supported me so beautifully by invoking your special patrons. I have watched through the
countdown of weeks that the prayers get ever more intense and serious. This is the most remarkable gift I have ever received. I still have the “butterflies” this morning, but in
a more controlled way. My lawyer called me late last night and talked a lot of “lawyer speak”. I decided to just be myself today, tell my answers as I honestly see it, and I
should be good. My pastor sent me a text last night: “keep your chin up”. That I will. I will press forward, my good friends all I won’t let you down. Know that on my long drive
there, all of you are on my mind in such a grateful way.

Your friend in Christ Jesus,

kaylynn7800

PS. Talk to you soon, Teresa.

Kaylynn,

Do you have family that you can contact??

Can this website help Kaylynn in some way (ie. food, clothing, etc.)?

If there is interest, please let me know .👍

Keep your chin up, Kaylynn. Forget the past. Take one day at a time. Live in the present.

We’re here for you,
  • Dave

doubtThomas - Thomas, my golly, no. I will be fine. My pastor has already told me
he could put money in my hand immediately If there is any problem, I am his chief
volunteer. He would be at my aid immediately! So, don’t think that for one minute. I took early Social Security and have already received monthly payments.

There was one lady on one of the threads who WAS actually desperate for food, medicine
and clothing. I hoped she found comfort and an answer.

Thomas, continue praying for me. With a little educating, I will find out what works for me.
I so appreciate your kindness and interest. This is what I mean about the generosity of
the Forums.

tbcrawford and 77stanthony77: …and may I add: may the Spirit also be with you!
You who have stood at the ready to lift your hearts up to the Lord on my behalf. May God
elevate all of YOU to new heights for your generosity to a sister in Christ. It’s like a beautiful dream I hope I never wake up from to read your postings. Not only to me, but to
all those wonderful people to whom you extend your hands with thousands of thousands of intentions greatly in need of prayer and caring,… using the gift of your own will and mind to raise up members of the Mystical Body in need. Does anyone fully comprehend
the greatness of this deed being repeated all throughout the day and night? This boggles my mind. Inside CAF important, life-affirming work is going on not prompted by money or
reward on earth, but for sheer love of God’s extended family on planet earth. May all your
kind thoughts and prayers be returned to YOU a million fold.

kaylynn7800

Kaylynn,

Here’s something I do throughout the day and I just found myself doing it for you. It is a very simple yet profound way of praying, especially when there is not much time. I do it whenever I hear of a death, hear a siren, and in many other situations.

I simply make the sign of the cross, direct my intention (in this case for your needs) and say the familiar:
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.:signofcross:

Thank you for reminding us of how God is at work in all of us.👍
