Really, one could compare this too to how much media attention the Trayvon Martin case was getting. I even watched Nancy Grace a few times, I wonder if she has had anything on this.

Piers Morgan could make a big thing about this on CNN because despite the furor he has caused commenting on our country’s gun laws, it’s been big ratings for CNN.

No such thing as a permanent excommunication. If there was, it would undermine the whole of the Christianity.
 
I hope he gets the death penalty. FYI the death penalty is something that Catholics can still support in good faith.
 
Pennyslvania might be red without Philadelphia and wasn’t Philadelphia a town where voting precincts had those big votes for Obama? It’s just interesting.
 
If the Nation is split on Abortion, a story of this magnitude could really sway public opinion, this would be another key reason why the Press censors coverage but we will hear all kinds of news on Sandy Hook.

Precisely! The abortion lobby has a vested interest in keeping their dirty little secrets. They know that the vast majority of Americans would recoil in horror if the truth were known. Sunshine is the best disinfectant and this hideous business needs a lot of it.

Ironic isn’t it, Congress and Obama are in full throated hysteria about gun clips when gun crime has actually gone down, when events like Sandy Hook are incredibly rare yet thousands of abortions happen every day. Even if we were to limit focus on late term abortions, according to testimony, these were a regular occurrance.

A couple of days ago I shared on FB a post with photos of of God’s creatures, including turtles, birds, and a baby. The caption read “Which embryos are protected and which are not?” Shocking that TURTLE EGGS and BIRD EGGS get federal protection while unborn babies are slaughtered without a second thought. Truly the world is upside down

No matter his punishment, the one he receives at the last judgement will probably be much worse. We could always pray that if he receives life in prison (and I hope if he does, its solitary confinement with just bread and water…and NO privileges at all - no tv, no internet, no working out in the fresh air) he would have time to think about what he did.

However, like Carhart, his soul is blackened and the blood of the innocent is on his hands.

The difference between him and the late Bernard Nathanson is that Nathanson converted and repented.
 
Looks like a (bing.com) bing image search of Kermit Gosnell even brings up a few graphic photos, even with my search controls set at the moderate filter. It’s beyond words.

Indeed! It astonishes me how people who are pro life have not heard much about this house of horrors. Last weekend I volunteered at a YoungLife Camp and of course the other volunteers as well as staff were Christian, mostly Evangelicals. We were discussing abortion and although the other ladies with whom I was working have been VERY active in the pro life movement they had not even heard of Dr Gosnell!

Imagine the average American, struggling to decide whether to watch American Idol or Dancing with the Stars, marinating in the blather of the alphabet soup channels for “news.” Thankfully even the Leftist dominated MSM has some sense of shame. Had Gosnell used a gun instead of a scalpel he would have been front page news, above the fold for weeks.
