I would hope so, but quite honestly, what astonishes me is the journey of a soul that sinks so deeply into darkness they can be totally callous when they know their deliberate intent will terminate the breathing of a human being, one completely at their mercy. And one they have seen in totality, with little arms and legs moving and possibly even vocal at that point. I mean whether a believer in the Almighty or not, what happens to one’s conscience, that which determines when a line has been crossed from being human with a capacity for compassion for something completely helpless - to something altogether different. It is Satanic.
Interesting too that Gosnell has six children and has been married three times. He must know that his own babies looked exactly like the ones he killed on a daily basis. His lack of concern for his patients was notable early on with his participation in the Mother’s Day Massacre before Roe was decided. He used what looked like a RotoRooter on these women, some of whom suffered serious consequences.

There is such thing as a sociopath. It’s hard for us to understand but they do not think the way you and I do. I saw a video yesterday with a late term abortionist who spoke very matter of factly that he knew he was killing but that he “always said a prayer for the baby” and assured the woman the “sacrifice” she was making was justified. He claimed to have been a Baptist turned Unitarian.

You have to wonder about Gosnell’s past and why he was such an unfeeling individual.

There are no words for how horrific this is. At least it’s coming out so these butchers can be stopped.
That’s why people should see the pictures. Even the cleaned up ones are “worth a thousand words”. Have some Pepto Bismol handy if you look at them. But in a way … it is more likely “the choir” that will look at the pictures on the net – that show some of what was done at the Gosnell “clinic” and its condition per cleanliness.

“Abortion” to some folks can seem like an intellectual course or college subject like “Anatomy” (say). There are ooky parts to it … but … it *may be discussed dispassionately, there are different “schools of thought” written about it … and “open minded” people ***don’t just “take their church’s word” for things. < Not my opinion or conclusion here folks; just describing attitudes I think I’ve seen – even among some Catholics.

Group That Failed to Report Kermit Gosnell Blames Pro-Lifers

Grand Jury report page 9:
After 1993…the Pennsylvania Department of Health abruptly decided, for political reasons, to stop inspecting abortion clinics at all. The politics in question were not anti-abortion, but pro. With the change of administration from Governor Casey to Governor Ridge, officials concluded that inspections would be “putting a barrier up to women” seeking abortions. Better to leave clinics to do as they pleased, even though, as Gosnell proved, that meant both women and babies would pay.

Couldn’t the families of the victims of Gosnell sue Ridge? I know that no criminal proceedings could take place but surely there are some other penalties?
Not sure.

People who need to be questioned on the Gosnell clinic:

  1. *]Tom Ridge

When he became Governor, inspections of abortion clinics were suspended. Department of Health did not inspect in 17 years any of abortion clinics in PA, 22.

    *]Department of State

They did not act on a complaint by Marcella Stanley Choung in 2002. Choung worked in Gosnell’s abortion clinic and she was requested to give anesthesia but she was not qualified.

Gosnell paid out money to at least 5 different women who had been internally damaged during abortion by Gosnell including a 22 year old woman died of sepsis in Gosnell’s clinic, this is not Karnamaya Mongar. This case was settled against Gosnell for nearly $1 million and the insurance company sent info to the Department of State and the Department of State did not revoke Gosnell’s medical license.

*]The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center

    Grand Jury report says:
The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and its subsidiary, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, are in the same neighborhood as Gosnell’s office. Pennsylvania state law requires hospitals to report complications from abortions…
At least three [other] Gosnell patients were brought to Penn facilities for emergency surgery; emergency room personnel said they have treated many others as well,” the report stated. “And at least one additional woman was hospitalized there after Gosnell had begun a flagrantly illegal abortion of a 29-week-old fetus. Yet, other than the one initial report, Penn could find not a single case in which it complied with its legal duty to alert authorities to the danger. Not even when a second woman turned up virtually dead…
    *]Planned Parenthood
Steinberg said that when Gosnell was in practice, women would sometimes come to Planned Parenthood for services after first visiting Gosnell’s West Philadelphia clinic, and would complain to staff about the conditions there.
    articles.philly.com/2013-04-18/news/38619220_1_gosnell-trial-abortion-issue-kermit-gosnell

When did any Planned Parenthood file an alert with the Depa

rtment of Health about the conditions in Gosnel’s clinic? Planned Parenthood appear to have kept silent.

    *]National Abortion Federation

    Grand Jury Report says
So too with the National Abortion Federation. NAF is an association of abortion providers that upholds the strictest health and legal standards for its members. Gosnell, bizarrely, applied for admission shortly after Karnamaya Mongar’s death. Despite his various efforts to fool her, the evaluator from NAF readily noted that records were not properly kept, that risks were not explained, that patients were not monitored, that equipment was not available, that anesthesia was misused. It was the worst abortion clinic she had ever inspected. Of course, she rejected Gosnell’s application. She just never told anyone in authority about all the horrible, dangerous things she had seen.
