ABORTION, Prayers Needed!

**I found out from a friend that a girl she knows is thinking about having an abortion 😦 She doesn’t want one but her parents are trying to convince her by telling her if she keeps the baby they will kick her out. PLEASE PRAY!!! Pray to our Blesed Mother for the baby, the mother, and her parents! THANKYOU!!! ** :gopray:

I invite everyone to start a Spiritual Adoption of the Unborn Child.

This committment to pray for an unborn child that you spiritually adopt for a nine-month period was introduced to our parish by a polish priest. We will have a mass this Saturday, March 25th (the Feast of the Annunciation) to begin our second spiritual adoption.

It’s a very easy thing to do…all of our children love doing as we pray it as a family. This year, we are also trying to get all the Knights of Columbus and their families to take on the spiritual adoption.

I am attaching a brochure with full details. Simply put, it entails the following:
  • One decade of the Rosary
  • The special Spiritual Adoption daily prayer
  • A personal undertaking
May God bless the girl considering the abortion…may she get the encouragement she needs to keep her child.

Please encourage your friend to call a crisis pregnancy center, they can help her talk with her parents and provide many resources.

prayers are for this girl! may mother mary be with her as she fights to save the life of her child. how sad this situation is!
 
I join everyone here in offering prayers for this girl and her unborn child and thank all of you who have prayed. If you would like to discuss how to help this girl during her pregnancy, you might like to start a thread in Moral Theology or Family Life.

We have several sticky threads in the Spirituality forum which might interest you including one specifically for prayer requests. I encourage the OP to keep us all updated through that venue.
