The Torah consists of the first five books of ‘The Law’ (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy).
The Tanakh (from Torah, Nevi’im [Prophets] and Ketuvim [Writings]) is what you call the ‘Old Testament’. The organization is, however, different.
‘Oral Torah’ is an essential part of Judaism. The Talmud is a complex creation consisting of generations of rabbinical argument about a great range of issues and part of one of Judaism’s greatest traditions - “two Jews, three opinions”.
Judaism is a religion of ‘Law’, the rest of the Tanakh and things like the Talmud are about understanding and interpreting ‘The Law’.
