Abused teenager in psych hospital

It’s a very long story but Steven who is 18 and the father of our Godchild has been placed in a psych hospital by his mother. His mother is the abuser and we have seen it first hand, but last night in a fit she called the police and had him taken away. The mother than called my Godchild’s mother to tell her she had him put away and blamed it on her.
He needs a lot of prayers, his parents are divorced and neither parent show him any love or concern. It’s a terribly sad situation.
 
St. Michael the Archangel

and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him we humbly pray
and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly
hosts, by the power of God,
cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits
who wander through the world

O Lord, please rain down Your grace and mercy on this family. Give Steven the strength to forebear, and keep him strong in faith. Reunite this family in the bonds of Your love. In Jesus name we pray.
 
Prayers for Steven. May God’s love reveal itself to him in the absence of love and support from his parent. May his heavenly father embrace him and protect his heart from this weighty sadness.
 
Heavenly Father, You above all know the sorrows of our hearts. You, who sent your only son to grant us forgiveness for our sins, understand the injustices that are suffered here on earth. We lift up our hearts in prayer to you for your child Steven. Comfort him Lord, and provide him with the protection of your ever-lasting love. Grant him strength and courage to endure his suffering, and faith in your most Holy and Divine Will.
Have mercy on this family Lord, and in your infinite wisdom, guide them, that they may seek your divine assistance in all they do. In seeking shall they find faith in your healing power Lord, and peace in their hearts.

Really sad…Will certainly keep Steven in daily prayer along with all involved in this situation…
 
Dear Lord this teenager needs you to intervene and fix this situation . LORD let these people in his life open their eyes and see they are not acting out of love . LORD let things totally change, bring all of these people to open their hearts to you LORD and to become GODLY MEN , WOMEN AND CHILDREN . LORD rescue your son from this hospital and turn his life around into good . thanks Lord for this- in the name of Jesus- amen . your brother in Christ- John

I hold this young man up in prayer today and have added the prayer intention to the list on my blog. May he feel the love of others and that of the Lord in this difficult time.

I have an update. Steven is going to be in the hospital for another 2 weeks as of right now. He was going to try to hang himself. He had a belt set up in the basement. He keeps saying no one cares about him or what happens to him. His mother has not gone to visit him at all. Please continue to pray for this young man.
 
Saints and angels and all in Heaven,

Remember my family trials and how they worked out. Apply that same intervention to Steve’s case.

We are storming heaven with prayers for Steve and his family. His safety. His spirituality. His aloneness. His patience is getting through this. And Lord, may Steve see Your light at the end of this tunnel.

Remind him that he is going THROUGH a valley of the shadow of what may look like death to him, but that you will guide him through it. All guardian angels, put your wings around Steve and what he is facing, and what he is going to go through with his family.

We pray you, Ancient of Days, in the name of Jesus your son. Take Steve’s whole situation under your perpetual care. Amen.

Rayne89, I am praying for Steven. This breaks my heart. When I first read your post, I was on the verge of tears. I used to work on a psyche unit and of all the people who came and went from that unit, although I cared about them all, it was always the kids that broke my heart the most. God bless him!
