A very interesting statement indeed sine the ACLU protected NAMBLA when two of its members kidnapapped tried to rape and killed a boy and succeeded to rape his lifeless bodyIn the article mentioned the ACLU chief states:The ACLU chief said her organization defends “the freedom of choice for mature, consenting individuals,” making it “the guardian of liberty … defend[ing] the fundamental rights of all people.”
Hmm…do they not realize that most people that practice polygamy marry underage girls???How are these girls mature or consenting individuals???
France is not practicing its Catholic heritage but it secular one. In article after article France has supported its decision to ban the Muslim veil by stating that it is a secular country. It is ironic that here in America, a basically Christian country, no one is talking about banning Muslim school girls’ right to wear veils in public schools. I would be the first to fight against such a ban. I believe, but I am not certain, that French public school children aren’t allowed to wear crosses to school either.. I am simply saying are we going to get like France and ban veils in schools for Muslim girls? In effect France is asserting its Catholic cultural heritage at every turn.
When a group passionately fights the boy scouts, but defends pedophiles and child rapists at the NAMBLA, how can anyone support the ACLU?Honestly, this doesn’t surprise me. With the way the ACLU was going, I knew this would have to happen eventaully. It’s still difficult to see it happen, though. I wonder when it will end, and where.
