Some of the ‘aesthetically pleasing Catholic stuff’ for me is the sacred music of ages past. Here is a film of some brief excerpts from a setting of the Magnificat by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, eldest son of Johann Sebastian:

No, I’m in the diocese next door - Nashville. Yes, this is how a Catholic church should look - especially a cathedral! What isn’t noticeable are the cameras for televising and the speaker system. All those ‘modern’ electronic elements that can distract are tucked and hidden behind things.
