After eight decades and a suit against the Vatican, man reconciles with church

After he tried to sue the Vatican, claiming that a priest abused him as a child in 1928, he reconciled with the Church after 80 years because of a priest’s kindness as his wife was dying. He reconciled with the Church even as his case was going forward, a case which finally was dropped several days ago, on August 9.

I would be surprised if it did, because that may weaken their attack on the Church, which they hate.
