Hi

All revealed religions are from one source God Allah YHWH and hence truthful in its origin.

Hindus claim that their religious books mention of Jesus 3000 years prior to Jesus actual coming to India, after surving death on Cross.

What does that prove?

It proves, in my opinion, that originally their books were truthful. It is another matter that they lost the guidance later like Christians, who lost guidance from God Allah YHWH when they started following Paul and Church instead of Jesus.

I love Jesus like I love Krishna.

Thanks

Jesus was mentioned in the Vedic literatures
more than 3000+ years before he appeared in India after the incident of crucifixion, in which he survived.

salagram.net/Jesus-Went-To-India.htm

My question is: why Jesus was mentioned in the Vedic literatures
more than 3000+ years before he appeared?

There must be some reason that GodAllahParmesherYHWH had revealed this fact on some pious man - and this prophecy existed in the Vedic literature.

One the one hand; this speaks of the truthfulness of the Vedas in origin and on the other it shows some important role which Jesus had to play in this region and also the spiritual signifance of this towering personality. Following thoughts come to my mind.
  1. Jesus, a truthful person; was born among Jews in Judea. Jews had a prophecy in their scriptures of his coming as Moshiach or Messiah.
  2. Jews did not accept him and tortured him; believing him a false Messenger of God and put him on a Cross to kill him being a false Messenger of God as was written in their scriptures.
  3. GodAllahParmesherYHWH helped Jesus save his life. He migrated from Judea and came to India where ten of the twelve tribes of the Jews had settled in exile.
  4. History tells us that these tribes had meanwhile accepted Buddhism; and they had a prophecy of a White Messiah coming to this land. They accepted Jesus.
  5. This way Jesus became relevant in India.
  6. Jesus is the bridge of understanding between Buddhists, Jews, Hindus, Christians and Muslims.
  7. This is what I understand from the Prophecy that is mentioned in the Vedic literatures more than 3000+ years before Jesus appeared in this region.
Thanks

paarsurrey,

Jesus did not physically travel to India. His apostle St. Thomas brought Christianity to India. Since St. Thomas was a member of the Body of Christ, then one can say that Jesus was brought to India by means of St. Thomas.

Also, Jesus willingly chose to be crucified and die on the cross. He then resurrected from the grave. Before He ascended into heaven, He told His Apostles: “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Sama’ria and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8).

I love Jesus, that’s why I reject the Qur’an and Muslim misinformation and odd concepts on Jesus.

God bless,

You should do some research on fulfilled prophecy - because that’s Gods signature.

from paarsurrey: All revealed religions are from one source God Allah YHWH and hence truthful in its origin.
Prove that.

It could be said that the angel that mohammed saw was in fact Lucifer - the Prince of Lies. Since islam sanctions lying and it would be very easy for Lucifer to claim he was someone else. (I don’t think mohammed saw any angel of the Lord, but did in fact have a number of mental problems - but I won’t go into that here, if you want more read: ‘Understanding muhammad, A Psychobiography’.

But, I doubt if God would want His people tortured and/or slaughtered as mohammed did and commanded his followers to do if they didn’t agree with mohammed about islam and rejected it.

And mohammed claimed that he was along the lines of the prophets of the Bible which was not true. He didn’t meet even the most basic to be a prophet - Deut 18:21-22. And mohammed was a self-proclaimed prophet who changed the message of the prophets that he claims to be a part of.
Was mohammed a prophet?

He was also not from the House of Israel or from the seed of David.
10 Reasons why islam is not From God

I posted this on another thread for a muslim who doesn’t even know his own koran and there are also some hadiths here:

And as for mohammed lying, once again that is in your own texts.
Bukhari:V7B67N427 “The Prophet said, ‘If I take an oath and later find something else better than that, then I do what is better and expiate my oath.’”
Qur’an 9:3 “Allah and His Messenger dissolve obligations.”
Qur’an 66:2 “Allah has already sanctioned for you the dissolution of your vows.”
Bukhari:V4B52N268 “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘War is deceit.’”
Qur’an 33:11 “In that situation the Believers were sorely tried and shaken as by a tremendous shaking. And behold! The Hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said: 'Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion; they have promised only to deceive us.”
Ishaq:519 “Hajjaj said to the Apostle, ‘I have money scattered among the Meccan merchants, so give me permission to go and get it.’ Having got Muhammad’s permission, he said, ‘I must tell lies.’ The Apostle said, ‘Tell them.’”
even one of his followers called mohammed a liar:
Ishaq:567 “Muhammad informed Umar [the second Caliph], and he called the Prophet a liar.”
Tabari VI:110 "When Muhammad brought a revelation from Allah canceling what Satan had cast on the tongue of His Prophet, the Quraysh said, ‘Muhammad has repented of [reneged on] what he said concerning the position of our gods with Allah. He has altered [the bargain] and brought something else.’ Those two phrases which Satan had cast on Muhammad’s tongue of were in the mouth of every polytheist. The Messenger said, 'I have fabricated things against Allah and have imputed to Him words which He has not spoken.
Ishaq:323 “I am the best of plotters. I deceived them with My guile so that I delivered you from them.”
Ishaq:365
Tabari VII:94 “Muhammad bin Maslamah said, ‘O Messenger, we shall have to tell lies.’ ‘Say what you like,’ Muhammad replied. ‘You are absolved, free to say whatever you must.’”
Bukhari:V5B59N369 “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘Who is willing to kill Ka’b bin Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?’ Thereupon Muhammad bin Maslamah got up saying, ‘O Allah’s Apostle! Would you like me to kill him?’ The Prophet said, ‘Yes,’ Maslamah said, ‘Then allow me to say false things in order to deceive him.’ The Prophet said, ‘You may say such things.’”

Hi

It was a must for Jesus to travel to India, in my opinion, to spread the Gospel in 10 tribes settled there. He had prophesized destruction of Jerusalem if an attempt to kill him was made, so he could not remain there, he had to migrate:

**On the evidence from books of history
which show that the coming of Jesus to
the Punjab and neighbouring territories was inevitable **

The question naturally arises, why Jesus after his escape from the Cross, came to this country what induced him to take such a long journey? It becomes necessary to answer this question in some detail. I have already said something about it, nevertheless, I think it would be helpful to set out the entire topic in this book.

Let it be noted, therefore, that it was extremely necessary, by reasons of his office as a divine messenger, for Jesus (on whom be peace) to have journeyed towards the Punjab and its neighbourhood, for the ten tribes of Israel, who in the Gospels have been called the Lost Sheep of Israel, had migrated to this country, a fact which is not denied by an historian. It was necessary, therefore, that Jesus (on whom be peace) should have journeyed to this country and, after finding the Lost Sheep, he should have conveyed to them his divine message.

If he had not done so, his purpose would have remained unfulfilled, for his mission was to preach to the Lost Sheep of Israel; his passing away from the world without seeking these lost sheep and, after finding them, teaching them the way to salvation, would have been like the case of a man who had been charged by his king to go to a wild tribe in order to dig a well and supply them with water, but who goes instead to some other place, spends three or four years there and takes no steps to search for the tribe. Does such a man carry out the command of the king? No, not in the least; the man cares not for that tribe: he merely looks to his own comfort.

If, however, it is asked, how and why it should be supposed that the ten tribes of Israel came to this country, the reply is that there is clear evidence to that effect, about which even a person of a poor intellect can have no doubt; for it is well known that people like the Afghans and the original inhabitants of Kashmir are of Israelite origin.

For example, the people of the hilly tract of Alai which is two or three days’ journey from the district of Hazara, have called themselves Bani Israel from time immemorial; so, also the inhabitants of the Kala Dakah, another hilly tract in this region, take pride in being of Israelite origin. Then there is a tribe in the Hazara district itself which attributes their origin to Israel.

Similarly, the people of the hilly region between Chalas and Kabul call themselves Israelites. About the people of Kashmir, the view expressed by Dr. Bernier on the authority of some English scholars, in the second part of his book Travels in the Moghul Empire,17 is well founded: the view, namely, that the Kashmiri people are the descendants of Israel; their dress, their features and some of their customs conclusively point to the fact that they are of Israelite origin.

An Englishman, George Forster by name, states in his book18 that during his stay in Kashmir he thought himself to be amidst a tribe of the Jews. In the book called The Races of Afghanistan,19 by H. W. Bellews C.S.I., (Thacker Spink & Co., Calcutta) it is mentioned that the Afghans came from Syria. Nebuchadnezzar took them prisoner and settled them in Persia and Media, from whence at some later time they marched to the East and settled in the Ghaur hills, where they were known as Beni Israel.

In proof of this there is the prophecy of the Prophet Idris (Enoch), saying that the ten tribes of Israel who were taken prisoner escaped from bondage and took refuge in the territory called Arsartat which appears to be the name of the part known as Hazara today, part of the region being called Ghaur.

paarsurrey,

Jesus did not physically travel to India. His Apostle Thomas traveled to India, and spread the Gospel to the people there. Jesus died on mount Calvary/Golgotha on the cross, and rose again on the third day, and ascended into heaven forty days later. Jesus did not escape death on the cross, because He willingly chose to lay down His life. He then overcame death by resurrecting from the dead.

I love Jesus who sent His Apostles to the world and far off nations to convert them with the Gospel, the true message of God, the message of repentance, faith, and baptism.

And he said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned (Mark 16:15-16).

Note bold statement:

Indeed, Jesus said go to the world and preach, He did NOT say go to the world, but DON’T GO to India because that’s where I’m going to preach… 😃

I’m sorry if my reply sounds “cheesey”… but I’m tired of this India trip and Jesus lived to be 120 years old and died in India…

My personal opinion is that if a religion is revealed, it would build upon any revealed religions that came before it, not contadict them. If it does, it cannot be revealed from God. It is either man made or demonic. If it predates the first revealed faith, then it cannot be revealed.

So, we must establish what the first Divinely inspired religion was.

Hi

Now say Judaism and its Revealed Book called Torah predates Christianity. It contradicts NTBible. Do you think Judaism was a true revealed religion or not?

Kindly elaborate.

I love Jesus and I would defend Jesus against useless ideas of Paul

Don’t get ahead of the logic.

Now, is Judaism a reveled religion? If it is, is it the oldest?

This piece is an excerpt from “The Great Heresy” written by French born historian, **Joseph Hilaire Pierre René Belloc (**27 July 1870 – 16 July 1953).

Mohammedanism was a heresy: that is the essential point to grasp before going any further. It began as a heresy, not as a new religion. It was not a pagan contrast with the Church; it was not an alien enemy. It was a perversion of Christian doctrine. Its vitality and endurance soon gave it the appearance of a new religion, but those who were contemporary with its rise saw it for what it was-not a denial, but an adaptation and a misuse, of the Christian thing. It differed from most (not from all) heresies in this, that it did not arise within the bounds of the Christian Church. The chief heresiarch, Mohammed himself, was not, like most heresiarchs, a man of Catholic birth and doctrine to begin with. He sprang from pagans. But that which he taught was in the main Catholic doctrine, oversimplified. It was the great Catholic world-on the frontiers of which he lived, whose influence was all around him and whose territories he had known by travel-which inspired his convictions. He came of, and mixed with, the degraded idolaters of the Arabian wilderness, the conquest of which had never seemed worth the Romans’ while.
He took over very few of those old pagan ideas which might have been native to him from his descent. On the contrary, he preached and insisted upon a whole group of ideas which were peculiar to the Catholic Church and distinguished it from the paganism which it had conquered in the Greek and Roman civilization. Thus the very foundation of his teaching was that prime Catholic doctrine, the unity and omnipotence of God. The attributes of God he also took over in the main from Catholic doctrine: the personal nature, the all-goodness, the timelessness, the providence of God, His creative power as the origin of all things, and His sustenance of all things by His power alone. The world of good spirits and angels and of evil spirits in rebellion against God was a part of the teaching, with a chief evil spirit, such as Christendom had recognized. Mohammed preached with insistence that prime Catholic
doctrine, on the human side-the immortality of the soul and its
responsibility for actions in this life, coupled with the consequent doctrine of punishment and reward after death.

If anyone sets down those points that orthodox Catholicism has in common with Mohammedanism, and those points only, one might imagine if one went no further that there should have been no cause of quarrel. Mohammed would almost seem in this aspect to be a sort of missionary, preaching and spreading by the energy of his character the chief and fundamental doctrines of the Catholic Church among those who had hitherto been degraded pagans of the Desert. He gave to Our Lord the highest reverence, and to Our Lady also, for that matter. On the day of judgment (another Catholic idea which he taught) it was Our Lord, according to Mohammed, who
would be the judge of mankind, not he, Mohammed. The Mother of Christ, Our Lady, “the Lady Miriam” was ever for him the first of womankind. His followers even got from the early fathers some vague hint of her Immaculate Conception.

continued…
.

part 2

But the central point where this new heresy struck home with a
mortal blow against Catholic tradition was a full denial of the
Incarnation. Mohammed did not merely take the first steps toward that denial, as the Arians and their followers had done; he advanced a clear affirmation, full and complete, against the whole doctrine of an incarnate God. He taught that Our Lord was the greatest of all the prophets, but still only a prophet: a man like other men. He eliminated the Trinity altogether.

With that denial of the Incarnation went the whole sacramental
structure. He refused to know anything of the Eucharist, with its Real Presence; he stopped the sacrifice of the Mass, and therefore the institution of a special priesthood. In other words, he, like so many other lesser heresiarchs, founded his heresy on simplification.
Catholic doctrine was true (he seemed to say), but it had become encumbered with false accretions; it had become complicated by needless man-made additions, including the idea that its founder was Divine, and the growth of a parasitical caste of priests who battened on a late, imagined, system of Sacraments which they alone could administer. All those corrupt accretions must be swept away.
Mohammed’s teaching never developed among the mass of his
followers, or in his own mind, a detailed theology. He was content to accept all that appealed to him in the Catholic scheme and to reject all that seemed to him, and to so many others of his time, too complicated or mysterious to be true. Simplicity was the note of the whole affair; and since all heresies draw their strength from some true doctrine, Mohammedanism drew its strength from the true Catholic doctrines which it retained: the equality of all men before God-“All true believers are brothers.” It zealously preached and throve on the paramount claims of justice, social and
economic.
God bless.

Now, is Judaism a reveled religion? If it is, is it the oldest?
Hi

I think Judaism was revealed on Moses. Don’t you agree with me?
It is the oldest among Abrahamic Religions ie Judaism, Christianity and Islam. It is yet another thing that GodAllahYHWH took no guarantee for the security of its book Torah and they lost or they got corrupted its book. Even the ten Commandment on the plates were broken and are not to be found anywhere. Had this not happened; perhaps there would have not been any Christianity? Jesus came only to revive Moses’ religion. But that does not mean that Judaism was not truthful in its origin. Moses was a truthful Messenger and Torah was truthful in its origin.

I think you agree with me.

Thanks

He (Muhammad) taught that Our Lord was the greatest of all the
prophets .

Hi

Muhammad never taught that Jesus was the greatest of all the Messengers. Even Moses had a higher status than Jesus. Jesus was only a subordinate-reformer of Moses in Judaism.

Thanks
