Sorry if we came off as judgemental. We never meant for it to be that way. But hey judgemental, we have been called worse things
But remember one thing, as hard as it is for a protestant to accept that we believe that the Church teaches us the full and complete truth, its just as hard for us as Catholics to accept that protestants don’t accept that teaching of Christ.
Christ tells us to go to the Church the Church is the pilar of all truth. Christ tells us, I will leave but when I do, I will be sending the Holy Spirit to guide you to all truth. And that part IS in the bible, it shows how the Advocate the HS came on the day of Pentecost to the CHURCH to teach the fullness of the truth.
We we told by Christ he would not leave us Orphans and would be with the CHURCH until the end of age, we remember, we celebrate, we believe.
To us as Catholics we kind of take it personal when people say that our Church does not have the power of the Holy Sprit to teach the truth, to us its like saying Christ lied to us. We know we have a Father who keeps his promises.
But you are a Catholic now, and it is not only your right to know the truth, it is your duty to Christ to defend his Church and his truth.
Remember what our late Bishop said, ignorance of scripture is ignorance of Christ, Study and help us defend the truth teachings of Christ. God bless you in your journey and have a wonderful holiday.
