Trump cares only about his re-election, and ONLY because he wants the statute of limitations to run out concerning his crimes and misdeeds. I don’t like Biden, for many things, especially because he is too old. (No one over 70 should be eligible for presidency or for Congress.) But if he wins and does not pardon Trump - which would be a travesty - then Trump will face a landslide of legal problems. And that is what Trump is afraid of.
 
I am guessing this topic just serves for the OP to vent and not actually engage anyone. Have fun.
 
Thank you for showing us what we can expect with a Biden presidency…Democrats using the DOJ/FBI/IRS/EPA/OSHA and any other agency they could find to attack those they disagree with. Again!

Probably the reason Repubs in office are so timid nowadays. They know what the Dems will do to them if they regain power. The Dems have made it very clear that they’ll criminalize opposition.

Well, there is a lower limit, isn’t there? The idea that people under a certain age are incompetent to make good decisions is not much better. I would argue that younger people, who are more open to new ideas should be preferred. Einstein was in his lower twenties, when he developed the concept of relativity.

People dying due to premature opening the restrictions is not “opinion”, it is hard fact. Hiding your head in the sand will not make this fact disappear.
 
I won’t link to it, but one meme that has been going around on Facebook says Trump is the most successful bio-terrorist in history because of his handling of the pandemic. A little over the top, perhaps, but that’s what memes do.

I think this is dubious at best. He doesn’t look three hours in advance much less three months. It might be motivating him, I don’t know.

Between 70 and 75, people normally pick up one or more chronic health conditions.

I think the sweet spot is 55-65.

Is this the current conservative narrative? I don’t know, I think the Republicans are pretty brazen right now.
 
You indicated he’d been doing it the entire time. Now he needs more time to prove you correct?

But our strategy was never to snuff out the virus.

And the slight opening recently occurring in states in not the cause of jump in new cases among 20-40 yr olds, BLM protesting gets all the credit.
