Really. We owe $1.3 **trillion **to China alone, who, whether intentionally or not, is literally killing us, our children and our pets with their toxic, poorly made goods, which we feel forced to accept because of this debt. What a mess.

You have to realize that bottom 50% of US society is deprived of property and so not economically productive – basically, it would be cheaper to pay them a guaranteed income and dismantle the whole infrastructure dedicated to pretending that they are doing something useful. They are not. I think Mitt Romney put it best: there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it..

Therefore, even if abortions were evenly distributed accross income brackets (and they are not – poor people have more of them), your 50 million extra productive citizens become 25 million productive citizens, and 25 million unproductive citizens – so that sort of cancels itself out.

Your problem is that the US society is being restructured into plutocracy, where you have a narrow group of ultra rich (1%), a larger group running the business for the first group (lawyers etc. - 10%), a third group which is doing things useful for the society (about 40% and declining) and the remaining 50% (and growing) underclass on blue-collar jobs. These people used to be productive, but since their jobs have been exported to Asia, they are now a dependent on state aid to survive.

Like ancient Israel abandoned God and followed self interest instead of God’s will, so has America. Each time Israel left God God did not leave them entirely and after they had suffered enough and come to realize that God is their salvation they returned to God.
Guess what we have done? abortion, gay marriage, believing that the government should take care of the poor and downtrodden instead of the Christian community. No prayer in public. The words “Under God” has been removed the Air Forces Oath.
The answer of course is to return to God and his commandments and be willing assume responsibility for yourself and love your neighbor.

What stats might this be?

America has not failed. America will do just fine after it returns to the principles that made it great to begin with.
It may take a little time for the people to realize this in such numbers that the change comes, but already we can see the turnaround.

It is quite funny to me some still fail to see the great America has fallen, I guess it will take a major disaster to drive it home, maybe like China, Russia and few other countries will stop accepting the US dollar fairly soon, this will only lead to other nations following suit, Most americans already realize the US dollar has been on its last leg for awhile, this latest news is just the last few nails in the coffin. Majority of americans also realize the US is trying to print its way out of trouble, but this, and ‘fudging numbers’ all the time can only go on for so long, it has gone on for way too long and we really should not be surprised at where we at currently.

I think overall, a big failure will be good for the US, maybe it will get us back to the great nation we once were, but we could not take the same paths our leaders of the past and present do, it will require doing a complete 180.

As I have mentioned before on here, I truly believe the US is the mystery babylon mentioned in the bible, the 50 something hints it gives on the particular nation really shocked me when I read it, I could not believe how many fit so nice and neat with modern day america,if anyone has not looked at this, it is a very interesting read and will raise your eyebrows within 5 minutes.

I actually am planning on meeting with our elder priest within the next couple weeks, and Im taking a print out of these 50 verses that hint at Babylon, and see what he says, Im very curious about what he will say.

Yeah, except that America has been built on different principles than you think it was. For starters, none of the founding fathers were “Christians” in the sense of what that term means in America today.

Well, we also lead the world in GDP, immigrant population, and quality of higher education institutions. Also imports.

Balderdash! Neither that Marxist sock puppet or any other president or politician “built that”. This country was built on the sweat equity of its citizens rich, poor, middle class, immigrant ect. In fact if this country has a problem it is increasing reliance on government to solve its problems. We the People are this great nation not we the democrat or we the republican or we the balkanized minority or we the feminist or what ever. We either stand together in liberty or we will go the way of every nation that is pillaged into oblivion by the greed of its leaders.

I would suggest those who wring their hands over the talking point de jour from what ever form of media agitprop you consume to pick up a world Atlas and see how things are globally before you buy the line that the US is finished. Or better yet travel to a few third world and even first world countries and see for yourself how good you have it in this country that your forefathers built.
