Father God we ask this through your servant Pope John Paul II to interceed on behalf of Patrick that he may have a full recovery, in Jesus Precious Name.
 
You can count on two Hail Mary’s from me and two more from my 8 yr. old daughter. I also honor your request and ask Pope John Paul II to pray on your behalf and your healing.

Patrick, you are an inspiration as well. I have chronic back pain and sometimes complain of my three back surgeries, but after reading all that you went through and are going through, I don’t suffer as much. I do offer up all my sufferings and I know it is not wasted. I will pray for you throughout the week as well, Patrick. I know how it can be so discouraging trying new procedures or surgeries to eliminate the pain and it not going away. I have accepted mine as my cross to bear, but I still have hopes of a cure. I hope and pray JP II gives you your cure soon.

In addition to a petition before our Lord Jesus, I twice honored Mary, asking her intercession, and that of the blessed servant of Christ, Pope John Paul II, whose blessing as he passed by lead me to the faith. Praise God!

Heavenly Father, physician of our souls and bodies, Who have sent Your only-begotten Son and our Lord Jesus Christ to heal every sickness and infirmity, visit and heal also Your servant Patrick from all physical and spiritual ailments through the grace of Your Christ. Grant him patience in this sickness, strength of body and spirit, and recovery of health. Lord, You have taught us through Your word to pray for each other that we may be healed.
