Is it a sin to be angry with someone if that is just a purely internal feeling that I don’t tell anyone about?
Certainly it can be if you choose to hold onto and nurture that anger. Anger never stays entirely internal. It always makes its way to the surface at some point. Best to deal with the situation that makes you angry and let the anger go.Is it a sin to be angry with someone if that is just a purely internal feeling that I don’t tell anyone about?

AV: Let not the sun set on thine anger lest ye give the devil a foothold . (You don’t want the Nabre of that! The biggest problem with anger is what it can lead to.
YES!!Anger: a feeling of displeasure resulting from injury, mistreatment, opposition, etc., and usually showing itself in a desire to fight back at the supposed cause of this feeling
Anger is a feeling. What matters is how we deal with our feelings. There are sinful ways to respond and there are virtuous ways too.
