It’s a suggestion that a joint use might be made of Anglican churches, allowing those who are under the Ordinariates to continue to worship in their old buildings, or other Anglican churches, as a RC parish, with their RC priest. It happened before. No guarantee it will happen this time, but the possibility was raised.Maybe I misunderstood the meaning. I thought it meant that once Anglicans converted they could still attend Anglican parishes and take Communion. Now that I think about it, I suppose they just mean use Anglican buildings to worship in. If that is the case, that is a different story.
I don’t know about the United Kingdom, but here in the US, many Catholic parishes have opened their doors to Anglicans coming into the Ordinariate to hold their services. Even ones who are now Anglican Use are using Catholic churches for their Masses and all events.
