My point in asking wasn’t to be contentious, but if someone is going to make such an assertion, it would be incumbent on them to back it with fact, so that those of us reading the thread don’t get the idea that the tribunals are just a shell of what they’re supposed to be. Having gone through the process, I can assert that this is not the case. These cases are taken very seriously.

But you, also, cant speak for all cases. Your case may have been taken seriously.
Others have claimed that it was just giving them money, and telling them what they want to hear.
