Another abortion clinic is closing in “Sin City,” as the clinic’s owner has been evicted from his business park location.
Operation Rescue, a pro-life watchdog organization, reports that the Las Vegas abortionist now has only one abortion facility left out of three that he used to operate.
Frank Silver’s second facility closed on December 10, 2011. OR says local pro-life advocates discovered that Silver had been evicted after a local woman posted picture of the eviction notice on her Facebook page.
“We knew that this office had closed, but we only got news of Silver’s eviction last week,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.
Newman credited the eviction as “just more evidence of a failing abortion industry.”
OR says Silver’s former Buffalo Road facility was sealed off with an orange sticker that read “Warning, Keep Out,” although the sticker has been broken.
Silver now commits abortions at one remaining location in Las Vegas. According to OR, Nevada has six abortion facilities: five in Las Vegas, and one in Reno.
