I just spoke with my mother. Cousin Wayne is now sedated as he is in great pain. I do not know how long the doctors have given him, but it sound like his days here on earth could come to an end any time now.

Another update:
My cousin Wayne is not in as bad of shape as I was lead to believe. Maybe I just misunderstood my mother over the phone, or his condition has changed.
Wayne is definitely dying of cancer. He could pass away any time now, but he has gone to Mexico to dispose of his summer home there. (I didn’t even know he had one.)
Apparently he feels well enough at times to undertake such matters – after receiving cancer treatments he feels better for a wee bit. But he will be leaving this earth for good at any time.
