From Power Line, we see yet another Democrat resorting to slander in order to campaign against a Republican. Is this now SOP?As the Democratic Party continues its slide into disrepute, there doesn’t seem to be any bottom in sight. Here is the latest smear from the Dems: candidate Coleen Rowley has published a despicable slander of my own Congressman and friend, John Kline, depicting him as a Nazi.I suppose honesty and decency are too much to expect from the party of unrestricted abortion-on-demand.

I went to her web site and she is a little left of Vladimar Lenin, I did not see the offending photo so it must have been removed.
 
It has come to my attention that you have placed on your campaign website a doctored photo of me in which my military uniform has been replaced by a Nazi uniform.

Disgusting. As a combat veteran, I am personally offended that anyone would do this.
 
The recent hearings and attempted fillibuster will give credance to the adage

As credible as a Democrat at election time.
 
Ms. Rowley claims that a campaign assistant put up the picture without her knowledge or consent and that it has been taken down. That’s all well and good, but what kind of atmosphere must she foster in which anyone would believe he could do such a thing in the first place?

Remember all the "W"s that were pried off computer keyboards at the White House when GWB won in 2000? Same small-minded mentality with the same arrogant belief that only the Dems have the right to rule the people, and yes I meant to say “rule the people,” because they think of themselves as higher beings who have to save the unwashed masses from ourselves. :rolleyes:

I would agree that this is totally out of bounds and repugnant.
