Out of those two - cassette player as I can choose what music I listen to.

Holiday - summertime or wintertime?
 
Heater. Fireplaces are extremely inefficient (though they can’t be beat for ambient effect).

Computer keyboard: with or without dedicated number keypad? ⌨️
 
With a dedicated number keypad. How can you 10-key without that?

Computer keyboard: Mechanical or Membrane?
 
Standard camera, you can zoom in more closely and have a better Quality picture.

Phone box for calling or home phone?
 
Home phone, which is actually my personal cell phone. we dumped landline phones.

Personal cell phone: flip phone or smart phone?
 
Earthquake. I’m used to those.

Climate: extremely high temperatures but dry, or moderate temperatures but extremely humid?
 
Wireless, the cord doesn’t get tangled that easily!!😝😝😜

Hot water bottle or heated mattress
