**A major protest is now planned for March 30 at the clinic and campaigners claim it will be led by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Westminster, Alan Hopes.
BPAS said there was “no moral justification” for bishops to get involved in such a campaign.**
Abigail Fitzgibbon, policy manager for the charity, warned that “vocal” anti-abortion MPs were also stirring up protesters.
She told the Standard: “I can quite understand that people want a debate on abortion but it’s another matter when they’re haranguing and intimidating women and staff.
“If bishops are getting behind this then I can’t see how it’s morally justified especially when women have already made up their minds.” BPAS, which performs 96 per cent of its abortions on the NHS, is planning talks with the Department of Health to discuss what it describes as an escalation in “extremist” tactics.
A spokesman for 40 Days for Life said: “We conduct a peaceful, prayerful and legal vigil.”

Sour grapes from a voice of evil.

40 Days For Life are conducting a peaceful, legal prayer vigil - they are not ‘intimidating women and staff.’

Yes, that is true! That is why their peaceful, praying presence is getting so many good results! Daily I hear reports of women who have changed their mind and were grateful to those praying at the clinics!
