Anti-Catholic Whoppers

Here’s a bad one, which I copied directly from the same website I’ve referenced before, but for some reason according to the rules, I cannot give the actual website:

"The original official and religious meaning of Molest (Mollista) is “the adherence to the doctrines and customs (of the Roman Cult) concerning the soft, weak, and young child/boys to Moloch by Priests and Clergy.”

The common definitions ascribed to “molest”—from late Latin molestus meaning
“troublesome, disagreeable, annoying” are deliberately misleading and designed to hide the religious origin and religious significance of the word."

If that guy didn’t have the Church to use in weaving his conspiracy yarns he’d be spouting off nonsense about chemtrails or fluoridation.

The klan accepts Catholics now. It started back I think in the 70s with the guy who had a nose-job and then ran for office… and won. Can’t remember his name. Louisiana I think.
 
I think some of the biggest Anti-Catholic, or for that matter Anti-Christian whopper I have seen come from the web site Reddit. They actually have a tab for Atheism.
 
Well, from my recollection of history, loyalty wasn’t one of Stalin’s finer qualities. Except perhaps to himself.
 
Catholics worship Cats.

I saw this on Youtube. Malachi York, founder and leader of the Nuwabians was at some picnic or retreat surrounded by young black men He was teaching them and came around to Catholic and said. Catholics worship Cats. He broke it down in his misconstrued etymology and history as he often does or did before he went to jail. The word Catholic has Cat in it and the word Holy so you have Holy Cats. You could hear all the young men in unison say ‘Ohhh’ as if some great secret had been revealed to them. this link minute 3:25

I have read most of the Chcik Comic Books and was surprised that he accusses the Catholic Church as a conspirator to the murder of Abraham Lincoln.

As per a June 2011 article about him titled: “Gods Cartoonist” he is doing OK, but seclusive.

Lets keep him in our prayers that he receives the proper guiding light before he meets our maker.
 
I posted the previous thread only after reading the first page. I finally caught up and realized the Abraham Lincoln conspiracy had been already mentioned. It seems all previous threads covered all the whoppers I knew of.

I once had a protestant friend tell me that although I wasn’t religious I was the real deal. To this day not 100% sure what he meant. I hope he meant I was genuine in my Catholic faith.
 
One day a woman in an elevator told me that she went to mass every Sunday when she was a child and claims she is certain that she never once heard that Jesus was God and died on the cross for our sins at any mass ever! Try counting how many times this truth is proclaimed the next time you go to mass. I counted 5 the next Sunday at my parish. It is sad that she probably tells this story to others who have never attended a Catholic Mass and take her word for it.

Probably not. 😃

However, I’ve had the same thing said to me and I understand it to mean that they believe you’re really a Christian despite you’re flawed theology. I have a ‘born again’ friend who thinks I’m ‘really saved’ because I have a love for God, but haven’t recognized it yet, and I can still be Catholic just as long as I think I am pre-destined.

Because Constantine worshiped the Apollo, God of the Sun.
Constantine changed the sabbath to Sunday.
A monstrance looks like a Sun and is worshiped.
