Anti-'gay' means you're a closet homosexual?

but I can say with confidence that many gays do indeed chose a lot of their outward traits as a means of embracing their identity (forced lisping, feminine hand motions, feminine dressing, etc, none of which are born into these people but are entirely conscious decisions, which in reality have no dependence on one’s sexual orientation).
Oddly enough I know the situation you talk about. My brother’s high school classmate, who was the leading scorer on our school’s basketball team - but who quit the team unexpectedly in the middle of his senior season, came out as gay a few years down the line. His lean physique became skinny and began to dress like the models you see in urbanoutfitters.com or american apparel.
It surely is the case, at times, especially within a culture that reviles homosexuality (Catholicism, Islam, many fundamentalist protestants, etc.)
Catholicism reviles homosexuality?

I could be considered to be a bisexual meaning that I have attraction to both men and women. However, my attraction is primarily to men. I am a woman by the way. And no, I am definitely not one of those people that associate with the “gay pride” movement. In fact, I hate that movement. The reason is because it is full of militant LGBT people who advocate for things like “gay marriage”, gay relationships, gay adoption, and gay sex. I hate those things. I do not consider myself to be a bisexual but rather a person who struggles with temptations towards people of the same sex as me. I refuse to be grouped in with the liberal LGBT movement. I am not one of those people. I am a person who has temptations to people the same sex as me from time to time. I am an orthodox and traditional Roman Catholic who lives a chaste lifestyle. I intend to marry someday but definitely not someone who is the same sex as me. I may remain single and celibate if I don’t find a good guy to date and marry though.

God bless you Holly for your genuine honesty.

All the stereotypes aside…

Homosexual activity is an illness of the soul, nurtured by the world; our own concupiscience and the devil.

A life of prayer - a life of the spirit - nurtured by the Sacraments is the answer…don’t wait…we are living as the pages of the Apocalypse are turning.

Please, pray the Rosary…

In hoc signo vinces
