If you are a Christian do not lend energy or glory to Djinni by discussing them or thinking of them. Dwell only on the Holy Spirit. A word to the wise…

You are right and by the way i am not christian I am muslim. and yeah they do not want to get bothererd they have there own way of living in separte.

Well, I can’t say that I believe in them, but that’s more to do with the fact I really hadn’t thought about them than any particular reason. I don’t have a problem with the concept though. I believe in the various choirs of angels, in demons, Satan. So the idea of a spiritual race doesn’t bother me.

Well you have to believe on them if you believe on Prophet Solomon coz he was the Prophet for Jinn. Demon is more like bad human I guess. I do not know the defination of Demon. Angels are not made of fire. Satans are and I guess not Jinn. I miss quote about jinn that they made up of fire.

I believe in the existence of demons, bad spirits…call them jinn if you want i don’t mind…there are no good jinn and bad jinn…all these spirits are demonic…Muslims in here are famous for invoking jinn, telling you they are Muslim jinn, and they cast spells on whoever you want by just giving them the mother’s name and something the person owns. The church warns about these demonic invocations, just as the Bible warns against such sin. The only good spirits there are are the angels.Angels do not cast spells.

Welcome Back Guyz With New Thread For You All

Do you believe on Jin and Jinni Or Didn’t. Anyone experiences and feel their presents. I am not talking about Satan and Devil.
I have no personal experience to back this up, but FWIW I think that the Islamic concept of Jin makes sense (as I understand it). C. S. Lewis hinted that there might be such beings floating around the universe (so did St. Augustine)–beings who are not human but have some kind of rationality and are neither angels or demons as we traditionally understand them. Most Christians are too locked into a dualistic approach to concede this possibility.

yes it is a possibility…but i believe they are not “good” spirits. In here you hear sometimes people telling you they saw a figure on the strreet at night flying, with no eyes ecc, whether its true or not, whether these are spirits or jinn, they are not good.

When St. Paul talks about a war not with flesh and blood, who was he refering to?

In Western societies, the jinn are known as fairies, elves, demons, leprechauns, devils, spirits, goblins and the like.

“Extra-terrestrials” who seemingly travel in UFO’s are also very likely to be members of the jinn family.

NO. Jins, angels and demons are all superstitious fictional characters.

Please inform those reference of not angel not demon from Augustine writing to me, please!

Demons, check
Angels, check
Devils, check
Human souls, check

Jinn, nope. I do not beleive in them because I do not see where they fit into creation. Angles are angels, demons and devils are fallen Angels. Where do Jinn fit? Are the immortal? Mortal? What is their function? Are the intellegent?

A link to your source please?
And to Solomon the wind, strongly blowing, that ran at his command unto the land that We had blessed; and We had knowledge of everything; and of the **Satans **some dived for him and did other work besides; and We were watching over them. S. 21:81-82

He said, ‘O Council, which one of you will bring me her throne, before they come to me in surrender?’ An efreet of the jinns said, ‘I will bring it to thee, before thou risest from thy place; I have strength for it and I am trusty.’ Said he who possessed knowledge of the Book, ‘I will bring it to thee, before ever thy glance returns to thee.’ Then, when he saw it settled before him, he said, ‘This is of my Lord’s bounty that He may try me, whether I am thankful or ungrateful. Whosoever gives thanks gives thanks only for his own soul’s good, and whosoever is ungrateful – my Lord is surely All-sufficient, All-generous.’ S. 27:38-40

Actually, it’s HUMANS, and not just “human souls”, as we are beings with bodies and souls which are separated for a time but which will be reunited eventually, but that’s just nit-picking on my part.

If “djinn/djeenie/BarbaraEdens” have attributes/behaviors which are limited to ONLY those of angels/demons(aka fallen angels), then they are only misinterpretations of the manifestations of angels and demons.

So, what are the differences in attributes/behaviors between “djinns” and angels/demons? Tomshaikh, since I know nothing about these creatures, please tell me about them in terms of their attributes/behaviors which SEEM to differ from angels and demons? Thanks!

Apart from “extra-terrestrials”, creatures like Big Foot, Yeti and the Loch Ness monster are also likely to be members of the jinn family as well.

Ever wondered why UFOs never appear on radar screens even though there are numerous sightings and even film recordings of them over the years?

Them being of the jinn world would explain this strange phenomena, I think.

doesnt islam say that jinns are creatures made of fire? so why you saying that big foot is a jinn?

Because the CIA have covered up all the evidences so they can study UFOs in secret, to use as a weapon to destroy the muslim world.

The CIA would not be able to recognise a jinn even if it were to come up right in front of them and bite them on their noses.
