Since the Light Weigh website offers no clues as to their program, I can only assume it’s nearly identical to the Weigh Down program - which is basically “eat what you want as long as you are TRULY hungry and stop when you are TRULY full, relying on God for your emotional and spiritual needs instead of food”. That’s why you don’t see a “diet”- it’s using God and prayer to fill your emotional holes instead of food. I did the Weigh Down program when I was pregnant with my 3rd son. I only gained 20 lbs, whereas with the previous 2 it was 37 and 42 lbs - with exercise!!
So, if you get CDs, DVDs, a book and fellowship out of it, it can be very helpful and also assist you in learning to really listen to your body and what foods it’s craving- as opposed to what your MIND is craving.
