Anyone notice the irony here: Catholics criticising Muslims and Islam on this forum

dear planten i am using logic.:).many ppl are doing fornication they don’t obey bible.but if i will claim that muslims are killing&they obey quran because quran taught violence.(we gave many reference!).but if you will deny those verse&claim that those verses meaning is different they why can’t u prove?ok if i am not logical then other christian fellow?r they also illogical?;)so what muslim will explain it must be a logic:D?what ever:shrug:
 
rayaan,if my memory didn’t betray with me then i guess one of my christian friends here(maybe brother inJESUS)already replied some posts of sister amy in another thread(trinity in islam,maybe).so i think i shouldn’t repeat this.just 1 example.if quran is also eternal&un created like allah then don’t muslims worship 2 god?1st is allah&2nd is quran?only god is eternal&uncreated.so if quran is also eternal&uncreated then surely its another god.😉
 
If you beleive in 3 that is polytheism, that is NOT believe in One God, the problem is you know this you can count and you still do it,.

Islam is all about belief in the one true God, the quran is the word of God,

There is only ONE God, there is NO God BUT God,

THIS is monotheism…

What you beleive is not even close to monotheism,

I dont know what game you are playing with Planten, but if it is the game you christians normally play where you conviniently forget the MASSIVE and bloody crimes committed by christians through out history and just accuse islam, beleive me it is a game you will lose if you keep going.

this is a theological argument. If you want to keep it on the mathematical level, then math tells me that 1x1x1 = 1. Yet this is not how theology is approached.

Exactly so what is this christian love fest taking place where they attack the history of muslims, including billions of people and a mellenium and a half…

I would really care, except for the historical fact that christian history is probably more bloody and brutal then anyone else on the planet.

Why do you keep talking about the Quran, the only place your argument is making sense is in your own head and the heads of other christian nut jobs…

The quran is the will of God preserved for us and written down in book form, how does that constitute 2 Gods…

Its calling the Bible the 4th Christian God, we call christians polytheists because of YOUR belief in the Trinity not because of any weird mixed up claim in the Bible being your God…

You didn’t beleive in Monotheism before islam, you dont beleive in Monotheism now, you misrepresenting yourself.

you need to accept you do not believe in Monotheism, your ideology is not monotheistic…

Belief in trinity = Polytheism.
Reverence of Jesus + Mary statues = Idolatry

what we are assessing Rayaan are things that are in the root of Quranic teachings and Muhammad’s life and his followers’ lives as soon as he died. Compare this to Jesus’ life and the life of his apostles and the earliest age of Christianity : the total opposite. This is why when a Muslim tells us Islam is a religion of peace and that it was not spread by the sword, we find it very strange compared to the peace shown by Jesus and his aspostles and the lives of the early Christians.

Surah 49:1-2. O ye who believe! Be not forward in the presence of Allah and His messenger, and keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Hearer, Knower. O ye who believe! Lift not up your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor shout when speaking to him as ye shout one to another, lest your works be rendered vain while ye perceive not

Allah + Mohammad = 2 GODS

Muslims are polytheists because they make Mohammad a partner to Allah and worship him!

Muslims would never tolerate any partners with God,

Christians take partners with God… the glorify Jesus to a point that is above God (but then again you claim jesus was God), the 3rd entity the spirit is the most confusing…

Its the terminology you use and the fact that you belive it and state it…

For a Muslim there is only ONE God and no other, we have never claimed anything is equal to God or different to God or alongside God,

Muhammed pbuh was a messenger of God, just ,like Adam, noah, moses and jesus…

The Torah, injeel (gospels), Quran is the will of God for us to read and understand

You need to conform, until you return to belief in the One true God you will always be Polytheists, not because of what muslims or what anyone else says

BECAUSE of what YOU say, it is YOUR Trinity…

Neither muslims nor Jews would tolerate a trinity or anything except worship of ONE God,.

Muslims believe in the DUALITY: Allah AND Mohammad!

It is clear in the Koran that Muslims speaking louder than Mohammad will run the risk of losing the credit of all their good works - which they supposedly do only to win the favour of Allah! This suffices to explain that Mohammad is considered equal to Allah in the Islamic Scripture. Muslims are polytheists and dualists because they worship both Allah AND Mohammad. 🙂
 
None what so ever. We are free to criticise Islam all we want, after all I personally believe it to be a false religion.

We belive in the Father’s Word (Jesus), uncreated and eternal, incarnated into Mary without a biological father.

We believe in the Spirit of the Father that gives strength to all believers.

Do you know why Jesus was born to no biological father?
Do you understand that the Word of God is God and not another god?
Do you understand that an omnipresent and omnipotent Spirit cannot be an angel?
