Why a private message? You’ve stated many things here publicly.
What is it that you now have to hide.
Send me a private message and I’ll answer you.
What ever I could share with you privately would not be hiding anything. You would be free to share anything I would have told you.Bookmark.
Giver at what age did you say you left the catholic church?
I thought somewhere you said you were in your 30’s.
How many years did you teach religion in the catholic church?
I thought you said 40 years.
Is my memory faulty?
If you taught for years in the catholic church, then why don’t you know and understand what catholics teach?
You say they don’t believe in such and such a verse, but yet it is in their translations of the bible, it is most likely quoted in a church father, and if one searches hard enough, I am sure they could find a sermon on it by a modern catholic.
You really, need to read the boards rules. I would need your permission to post each PM. Why not simply post your statement of beliefs yourself. Surely, you can do that in a kind matter without offending us all. After all, more than myself are asking you to post your statement of beliefs. What ever I could share with you privately would not be hiding anything. You would be free to share anything I would have told you.
Giver’s profile list him as being born in 1934.Bookmark.

Of course, why would you ever ask that?Giver, do you believe in the Trinity?
Do you see the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity?
I am not sure what you are asking me, but I like sharing about my relationship with God, so I’ll do that and maybe it will answer your question. Some of your posts gave me the impression that you do not believe in the personality of the Holy Spirit.
Hi, I share on this forum because it allows me to reach people with the word that Jesus told me to give. This is an incredible experience to read. I can’t
understand why you would share it here instead of with
the Pope or your Bishop. This is your faith and your authorities
are here to help you. What can anyone on this forum do for
you but frustrate you? You need answers, and Jesus has
provided help for you. Take it all the way to the Pope if you
have to. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
It seems like you are here to convince sinners that they can’t
be forgiven. That can’t be what Jesus has sent you here to
this forum for. Jesus has always sent people to sinners to say
that they can be forgiven.
Yes! There is, Jesus.Isn’t there a special doctor who treats false prophets?
Re-read all your posts in all the threads and then ask if anyone in these forums thinks you are a real prophet!Yes! There is, Jesus.
By the way you should be old enough to know that when you accuse someone of something you should present some evidence to back up your accusations.
I don’t know who is talking to you, but here in the N,Ireland we have two prophets that say Jesus talks to them, and since I can’t break forum rules I won’t say their names.Yes! There is, Jesus.

Hi, I share on this forum because it allows me to reach people with the word that Jesus told me to give.
Yes Jesus came to forgive sinners, but He doesn’t expect that after a sinner has been forgiven and gets to know Him, that they will keep on sinning.
(John 8:11) “Has no one condemned you? ‘No one sir’ she replied. Neither do I condemn you,’ said Jesus ‘go away, and don’t sin any more.”
You are more than correct to say that no, Jesus doesn’t expect
us to sin anymore. But if we do sin, Jesus does not need to
send us a prophet to tell us to give up hope of salvation. Both
sides are correct here. On your side: yes, we are expected to
attain perfection in holiness. And on the other side: Yes, Jesus
will always forgive us if we repent of our sins.
I expect you to go to your Catholic Church with your experience.
It is your church, it is there for you. The church has
tremendous experience with cases like yours. So far, all you
are using your experience for is to discourage people. When
the church is behind you, it will be the opposite. You owe it to
yourself and us to find out if your experience is from God.
Read in Acts 16:16-18 when a slave with a clairvoyant spirit was
following Paul around and shouting “These men are servants of
the most high God! They will make known to you a way of
salvation”. Do you think this statement went against the Word
of God in any way? Yet Paul said “come out of her” and the
spirit was gone. How did he know? Judging by her words alone,
how could he? Now, all we have here are your words alone.
If you truly want to help people, go to the authorities of the church.
Just because you have left the church doesn’t mean you can’t
come back. You will see firsthand that no matter how much Holy Spirit you have, you CAN be forgiven for your sins. You truly are
not the only one who desires to live a life of perfect holiness. If
you know how to do this, why would you want to keep it from the
church? Does not God send you to the church? Or do you believe the church is as sinful as Ninevah and believe like Jonah
that God should destroy it?
This bit don’t add up with this.Hi, I share on this forum because it allows me to reach people with the word that Jesus told me to give.

bible.org/netbible/index.htmThis entire section, 7:53-8:11, traditionally known as the pericope adulterae, is not contained in the earliest and best mss and was almost certainly not an original part of the Gospel of John. Among modern commentators and textual critics, it is a foregone conclusion that the section is not original but represents a later addition to the text of the Gospel. B. M. Metzger summarizes: “the evidence for the non-Johannine origin of the pericope of the adulteress is overwhelming” (TCGNT 187). External evidence is as follows. For the omission of 7:53-8:11: Ì66,75 א B L N T W Δ Θ Ψ 0141 0211 33 565 1241 1424* 2768 al. In addition codices A and C are defective in this part of John, but it appears that neither contained the pericope because careful measurement shows that there would not have been enough space on the missing pages to include the pericope 7:53-8:11 along with the rest of the text. Among the mss that include 7:53-8:11 are D Ï lat. In addition E S Λ 1424mg al include part or all of the passage with asterisks or obeli, 225 places the pericope after John 7:36, Ë1 places it after John 21:25, {115} after John 8:12, Ë13 after Luke 21:38, and the corrector of 1333 includes it after Luke 24:53. …
If you don’t like what the Bible says, find someone to say it didn’t belong there in the first place.Hi Giver, you do know that the woman caught in adultery story was added to scripture? Is this Jesus you are speaking too, now trying to add to scripture?
