Thanks for that! I have something similar in application form, but this is excellent! If only the image quality was higher, I would have it printed and stick it on my wall!

It’s missing some of the Old Testament standards (such as Gen. 3:15; Isaiah 7:14 and 66:7) and one of my favourites, Revelation 12, but that’s understandable given the range of materials covered. Great. 👍
 
Here in the deep south, the Baptists would eat you alive if you pulled that paper out during a discussion.

Don’t get me wrong. It is a great resource.

But if you throw a verse out there, someone else is going to say, “That isn’t what it means” and proceed to explain to you what they think it really means. If they can back it up with arguments that seem to make sense and you have no reply other than to point at the verse, then you have acomplished nothing.

I guess my point is that a sheet like that is not a substitute for knowing your faith.

I have a laminated slightly older version folded and placed inside my Ignatius compact RSV-CE, all inside my briefcase with other apologetic material

Would you please send us the link to that cheat sheet? I googled St. Joseph Communications, and used SJC’s search facility, but nothing is coming up.

I think this is more of a study guide for learning at home. And as for the Baptists of the deep south, I would imagine that it would be difficult to discuss Catholicism with them anyway, due to many of their pre-concieved notions. Some people are just REALLY REALLY stubborn.
