Aquinas or Scotus?

Why does this matter? I watched the Dun Scotus movie for the first time today and I was deeply moved by it.

Both men were instrumental in helping the Church in their own way. Both men helped refine Catholic dogma and better to express it.

I can’t decide on either two. I like them both.
 
On the issue of the Immaculate conception, Duns Scotus obviously, as his position was made Dogma, and Aquinas’s by implication condemned. Other than that I don’t know what they disagreed on.

Only issue I know of is whether or not Christ would’ve incarnated if man hadn’t fell. John Dun Soctus thought this was no mere issue and held the opinion that Christ would’ve incarnated regardless of sin, called the Franciscan Thesis.
