Archbishop bans Eucharist at "Catholic" homosexual symposium

Holy cow! These are the same folks (New Way ministries) that came here to Knoxville and tried to push themselves onto our diocese. They put out a flyer for a public meeting inviting all Catholics to come. The bishop had every parish send out a letter to every parishioner warning them about the dangers of this group and not to attend any of thier meetings. New Way Ministries even contacted our local media saying they were “disappointed” that no one was “open to a loving dialogue”. They threw out words like “concerned” with our “unwillingness” and hoped it wouldn’t bring about “intolerence”. You would have thought they were the most loving, supportive, and godly people and we were the mean, exclusive, gay-bashing party poopers.
I was proud of our bish for not bowing down to political correctness.
They look so legit, with religious sisters openly supporting them and such.

Old news. The article is dated March 15th and the meeting was March 16-18.

I wonder how it turned out. There are many dissident priests out there that this group could have gotten ahold of.
