I’ve had a few JW come to my door. This was when my dog was alive and she did a good job of distracting them. She loved attention and who could resist an overly friendly golden retriever? The JW liked playing with her that they forgot what they were there for and would often leave without discussing anything about religion. At least they left with a smile on their faces.

How can we know any of this? Certainly not through personal experience in an individual way. Jesus is never a personal savior in an individual way.
We are saved personally, by Christ, through his Church, with his Church.

If someone asks if Jesus is my personal Lord and Savior, the answer must be yes/and, I am saved with his Church.
In this way, we can say we know that Joan of Arc is sanctus, by proclamation of the community without which salvation cannot occur.
