Are most of your friends the same religion as you?

I think the reason I never connected with later generations is because I’ve simply grown out of the new games. I mostly play my old ones for nostalgic reasons, but I still remember my old strategies
 
I just like the creatures themselves. Though my dream is to create a fan game with an actual plot one day.
 
Most of my friends are Christian, a couple are Jewish (they describe themselves as culturally Jewish, but not religious), and a few are what I’d describe as agnostic. None are Byzantine Catholic.

I think they view my return to the Church as a bit strange. They’re respectful, but I sometimes do get the feeling that they think it’s weird.

  1. No. My dad and I are the only Catholics in the family. I’m a recent revert, so other than some nice acquaintances I have with people at my parish, most of my friends are agnostics or people with various vague pantheistic/deistic views, and a few Protestants.
  2. I think they all have different views about me and Catholicism. They’re all confused about why I became a believing Catholic, and they like to think they know my psychological reasons. Some think the Faith is pretty bizarre and they’re uncomfortable talking about it with any depth, while others at least find that it does have some good insight after all. Some of them appreciate the exchange of views.
  3. I try to still be like a “normal person” with them and have conversations about things they’re interested in (as long as they’re okay topics). But I think it’s every Christian’s duty to do what they can to make the Faith available and known and to challenge people, so I try to get them thinking about those most important matters from time to time, being mindful that they will only tolerate so much of it. I don’t know whether I do a good job at it or not, or if I overdo it sometimes, but prayer is more important.

Nintendo has been shuting down a lot of fan games lately. I actually want to make a game of my own as well but they seem to take several years with just a few people.
 
Nope. Most of my friends are pretty a-religious. I don’t bring things up except to a few.

Haha, you just described my ELA teacher, except she sin’t Catholic.

This is random, but I feel like I need to share this. My History teacher is a legendary confirmation teacher, so while we were discussing gangs in history (I forgot how it came up), he said “This is my gang sign” and made the Sign of the Cross.

He also told us an experience he had with his small child. He told his son “If you ever see a monster, say begone in the name of Jesus!” So a couple days later they go to walmart and his son walks up to a strange looking lady and says “Begone in the name of Jesus!”
 
Most of my world is non religious. A bunch of heathen pagans who thought st paddy’s day was instituted to drink green beer. And Easter was about eggs and public holidays to go to the beach, mate.

I got told since I turned all Religious I became righteous. Hmmm.
 
Most are non-practicing/semi-observant Christians or non-practicing/semi-observant Jews. Religion is mostly a non-issue, although I will occasionally have some “church thing” that makes me unavailable. Friendship is non-conditional religion-wise. I occasionally answer questions, but don’t get preachy, because that would harm the gospel more than it would spread it.
