I remember it! I love Arthur!Does anyone remember the Arthur episode with about the ficitional show called “Love Ducks?” That was a parody of the Teletubbies effect on children. Now that was entertaining!
It is his sibling, I saw the episode when they mention Elmo’s mommy had a baby.Bert and Ernie’s thing is so yesterday. Old news. Now, what I’d like to know is where Elmo’s “baby” came from.
OK, now that just makes things stranger. Afterall, it does beg the question, “Who’s the daddy?”It is his sibling, I saw the episode when they mention Elmo’s mommy had a baby.

I think this show is a slightly odd, but it does promote physical activity. Kids can get off the couch and copy what the Boohbahs do - they dance around a lot! It sometimes reminds me of a Richard Simmons work-out!I’m actually not much of a teletubby person. They just don’t do anything for me and the show confuses me.
But, now, the Boobahs, OTOH… good stuff!
Eh-oh, eh-oh.Teletubbies are the scariest things I have ever seen… They haunt my dreams! They will soon take over the world!![]()
Could be because you’re not a 3-year oldI’m actually not much of a teletubby person. They just don’t do anything for me and the show confuses me.
Lol yes that episode is funny. I’m 16 and I still find Arthur very entertaining…it has fun spoofs and parodies that only older people would get.The inane teletubbies are passe´ since there’s a newshow to take their place: Boohbah. Just like the teletubbies: pointless twaddle to babysit children.

Omg Boobah…what the heck is that? I would never let my kid watch it it has absolutely no entertainment or educational value. Its just clicking no words! Its like some drug induced haze or something.I remember it! I love Arthur!
(By the way, the Boobah show looks like Teletubbies on LSD – just my HO!)
Has anyone ever seen Tots TV? That was a wonderful show – I don’t know if it is broadcast in this country anymore.

They can reproduce??? It must be that television inside a television inside a television phenomenon.Teletubbies are the scariest things I have ever seen… They haunt my dreams! They will soon take over the world!![]()
Now THAT’s scarry! Good reason to keep the kids away from TV.It sometimes reminds me of a Richard Simmons work-out!![]()
You know, seriously however, it seems like the best of kids programming is something that works on all levels and which adults can appreciate, also.Could be because you’re not a 3-year old![]()
This is what I did. My opinion: the one Teletubbies episode I watched was the most vapid programming I have seen in my life.Sit down and watch it – I don’t trust many others on what I let my kids watch…if I haven’t seen it, they don’t see it. It’s that simple.
